Kurt was amazing this week. The whole Single Ladies thing and the football thing and his line re the try-out of "If I'm doing this, I'm doing it my way" is just so him. But his coming out to his dad and his dad's reaction had me in tears.
I read a lot of chatter before about Kurt being a bit of a stereotype but the fact is it's a stereotype because it's true. There are literally millions of kids out there going through the exact same things as Kurt, (I should know I was one and in some ways I still am).
Glee has it's problems but it is managing to show this story with such honesty and heart that I can't help but applaud.
