On a slightly different topic to what I usually post about here, I've been doing a lot of work in the last year in improving my health and fitness levels. It's important to me not just from a health point of view but has also challenged me to do things I never thought possible.

One of the major things I've discovered, and would like to share with everyone, is how simple changes can make a big difference. So many people think they don't "have time" to exercise. I used to believe that. It's not true.

I saw this video today and thought is summed up perfectly how we can improve the quality of our lives in a simple way.
