Like many I first came to know JYH through Your Beautiful. I thought this boy was cute, new and fresh, but definitely didn't know how to act yet. But something drew me in about him and he kept me watching the drama along with "Jeremey". I was actually rooting for him to get the girl and honestly wasn't that interested in the main couple. I never even finished the last chapter sadly. I realized YH was part of a band called Cnblue and was curious to see what kind of music they played. I really didn't expect much since I had such a deep impression of YH as Shinwoo already. I was actually quite shocked to see he could sing! And had such oomph to his voice. I became a fan of Cnblue and particularly YH. I've bought most of their albums sinces and even went to their conceret in LA. Once again I was shocked at how lively and vocally strong YH was on stage. YH really rocked it!
Although i've been a fan of YH (and Cnblue) for a few years now, it really wasn't until the last few months that I really got to undestand who YH was and hence came to really admire, love and adore him. I realized he'd been on several episodes of Running and decide to marathon all things YH. We got Married, Running mand, Ecohouse, interviews, Zepp concerts, arena tours, making of videos, documentaries, etc etc. I've run through all subbed vids I could find and googled any forums, fan sites I could find. I even joined Twitter! My goal was to better understand this guy and what I came out with was more than I had dreamed of. In short, I found someone to inspire me and I wish to follow his road and vision to see what he become in the future, which I can feel will be a lot if given the chance =)
Sorry for all this rambling, there's probably tons more I could say and would love to discuss. I just find YH to be truly talented and beautiful inside and out. I'm interested in joining your site because I feel like your somone who may share similiar thoughts and feelings regarding this unique someone and I would like to be able to find a place to express my thoughts/critics and hear others who may feel the same. And I don't expect translations. It's a bonus, but it's not the main reason asking to be a friend.
If my explanation is adequate to be your friend that's great, but if not I understand. No hard feelings. =)
