I've not been here for months. I dimly planned to rectify this with a New Year's Resolution, but forgot or failed to. That is a fine saga, if no doubt annoying for yourselves to have to keep calling out plumbers!!

It was kind of annoying at the time (especially as pessimistic me immediately assumed that it was NEVER BE FIXED and we would languish in the icy cold for ever more) but all irritation entirely eclipsed by the thrill of the final gasman actually being called Steve. :-D
