Indecent Exposure

This is rather frightening.
I would write about my classes.
(I'm excited about Speech and Honors 29, great speakers; I'm ambivalent about anthro 33, he thinks he's a great speaker; and I'm pissed off with Desma altogether, I got kicked out of their class...again.)
Despite a mixed bag of experiences at school, the more notable thing is on my e-mail. I keep on getting these updates from this guy I think I casually talked to freshman year. I was just being polite, but somehow I gave him my e-mail. I didn't take it that seriously, I mean, this guy was old - like he could be my father old. Well, not that old, but adult old. So I thought it was just that kind of a conversation - younger adult and older adult blah conversation with 'interested' expletives like "really?" that really are just filler.
Anyhow, I've just been getting sporadic update requests form the server of his group service. Just that generic fluff that any automatic piece of shit spews out. I got concerned with this last e-mail, which showed one of those silly image 'cards' that show how you are listed and what information is not there yet and should be included. And this - I kid you not - is what my name label was:

"*first name* ucla arts *last name* hot"

UCLA - check, that's where we were talking
Arts - check, that's what we were talking about
Hot?
First of all: there was at least a ten-year age difference. At the very least. I know some girls don't mind, but it makes me cringe. Even if it was just an adjective to give a visual image, it is not a way to describe a girl. "Pretty" is an acceptable term. It's innocent. It's young. That's me, at least the personality that I strive to express to "older" individuals. Nice. Young. Thoughtful. Enthusiastic. Friendly. Possibly talkative. Not Hot.
Second of all I'm not hot. I'm sure that others can testify for me. I try to dress nice and I take care of my hair, but "hot" is not an adjective I strive for.
I don't want to get technical as to the qualifications of hot, and I know that it varies, but I always assumed that there was some body measurements involved in such a description that make me under qualified.
Oh well,
I'm just disturbed.
