So everyone is aware that the Nanna House is for sale, yeah?
And everyone is also aware that during the screamy-screamy with Anna, we both hit up the R.E to see if a vacant possession was a reasonable request in the lead up to the sale of the House.
R.E. said no.
And now, what ... 1 month later, NOW they decide a *want* a vacant possession and are trying to tempt me with cash.
This really pisses me off, because now it's the principle of the thing. They weren't prepared to come to the negotiation table 1 month ago when I was more than happy to fuck off outta Happy Prickle and get me a 1 bedder unit and get on with my life ... why the hell should I play the game now? Even more so now that there is a new housemate. I don't want to go causing him any grief.
But then again everyone has their price, and Vesty and I have spoken about trying to see what the R.E. will give us. I guess it depends on *just how much* cash they are willing to give to get us leave. Hmmm....
