We had our open house today. No one came. This is both good an bad, however, the Real Estate gentleman, Michael, was nothing short of delightful and informed us that our lease protects us from any booting-type scenarios.
He further said that should the new owners want to get rid of us, they would be inclined to offer bribery of the financial variety to conver the inconvenince. Noice.
