Oh, crap. Have you checked your comfortable range of motion? My mother and I both have shoulder injuries, but hers has required physical therapy. If you don't have a full range of motion within a couple weeks, you may require it, too. xoxoxox

Oh, I have full range of motion. It just throbs a little once in a while. :)
