Weirdly, Osgood's own wiki entry is saying she's Kate Stewart's daughter, but I would like more proof of that before I am willing to accept it.

That's interesting because I heard "Ma'am" not "Mom".

She's British. It would have been 'Mum', not 'Mom'.

I should say she's English. Or from South England. There ARE a few places where it deviates, mostly in the North and the Midlands ('Mom' and 'Mam' respectively). If she were Welsh, it would almost definitely be 'Mam', as that's the Welsh word for 'mother'.

But, yes. It would have been 'Mum' so she was just saying 'Ma'am'. Most likely. I need to watch that part again.
