Hooray!
So, my latest neighbors have moved out and I am looking to throw a party!
The whole crew - Lazy, Crazy, Grandma & Ludo packed up a U-Haul truck and left on Friday.
Of course, I should say that Ludo - whose name is Scotty, is the one that loaded up the truck and did all the lifting.
The husband and wife (Lazy & Crazy) who were the original tennants - nothing. they left somewhere Friday morning and were gone when I left to go to work on Friday afternoon. Scotty was the one who'd taken down the husband and wife's bed and was using the mattress as a landing pad for the boxes he tossed over the railing.
Yeah, these folks were that special. They were the ones who would let their dog go to the bathroom on the front porch and not clean up the pea puddles. (Husband flat out lied to me that he cleaned up the dog messes, when I was out there cleaing up my own mess from a bag of cat litter that'd gotten knocked off the railing & spilled, that he cleaned up the dog's messes when there was a fresh puddle of urine on the porch.)
I am doing such a freaking happy dance that they are gone and I should put up an ad on CL now to find a non-smoking tennant for that apartment now. Hopefully someone who isn't a complete loser like this last couple was.
