(no subject)
hot... the kind where i honestly think ' oh my god if i step barefooted on that pavement, it might just melt my feet off' kind of hot... this is oregon, where is my damn rain?!?!?!
in a side note... it is hot... HAH... my week was good. worked all but wednesday, the 4th. friend and i had drinks at her soon to be old place, then headed downtown to pine tavern for dinner. very enjoyable... that place grows on me. love their Pimms drinks... yummy. today i had the inspection on my new house... looks all good. so hopefully financing will go thru, and i will move in a month. Frank came over this evening to pick up a table... we talked for about 2 hours. on his way out, he made it clear that he never wants to talk to me again... not that i expected different, but alas, still stung a bit. i never cut him off, and i am not looking to have him back. we split for a reason, but after being married to a person, you still hope they have the same desrire to at least know you are well that you have for them. of well... closure i guess... and i am happy he is happy... glad he has a plan, and a future, and that he found the strength to do everything i had hoped he would with his life.
this weekend is kinda plan free.... working tomarrow...glugh. then just hanging at the house and hopfully getting stuff done.
