WARNING. RANT AHEAD:

So, I read this:

"Clearly, Glee's millions of fans applaud show creator Ryan Murphy's agenda to promote acceptance of everyone, regardless of race, creed or sexual orientation. But for the Fox hit's more conservative fans, Murphy has something special in the works.

"I'm adding a Christian character," he says. "We've taken a couple jabs at the right wing this year, so what I want to do with this character is have someone who Christian kids and parents can recognize and say, 'Oh, look-I'm represented there, too!' If we're trying to form a world of inclusiveness, we've got to include that point of view as well."

Murphy says this character (yet to be cast) will speak her mind and be listened to and respected - though likely not by Kurt, whose homosexuality she won't accept. This perky New Directions addition, coming next season, will also object to some of the club's sexually suggestive music selections. Good thing they got Madonna and Gaga in early!

Two characters we won't see yet: Rachel's dads. "I like feeling their parenting influence without meeting them," says Murphy. "At least for another season.""

I'm sorry, but I find this, as a Christian, incredibly offensive. Not all Christians are Medieval Age-morons who burn gays at the stakes or enjoy turning women into slaves.....

Now everyone who isn't a Christian and watches Glee will think of Christians as wicked people...So infuriating. >:(

I mean, I like this show, but lately there are some issues to be adressed:

1- STOP the focus on Rachel and Finn. Seriously, the fact that they're turning into the main stars is annoying, since many of the other characters can't get as much development as they can. I liked it how in the first episodes the main focus was Will's life, why can't they keep that? Especially since Finn by far has poor voice and poor dancing skills, and Rachel's personality is so obnoxious. :/

2- Speaking about obnoxious, stop making the characters act like that. Seriously, in Hairography everybody was a douche...Especially at the end, when they stole the spotlight from the Deaf Choir Club. It would have been really touching and humble if they just sat and let the other school sing, but no! They just felt like robbing atenttion. :/ Also, just stop with Rachel's personality. Her obsession of being popular being the best thing ever is fuckin' annoying. I feel like I wanna slap her many times during the show....Not only her, but Kurt and Mercedes, whom I like, also. Their diva-ish, selfish, bitchy, shallow personality and only importance to fashion, popularity and being a diva/star is fuckin' annoying too....Not to mention, Kurt could stop being the victim in his own manipulations. Yeah, when in Theatricality Finn called him "fag", yeah it wasn't nice, but Kurt was being a stalker in that episode. And nobody reprimanded him. Uhm, hello?

3- Be consistent. It kinda goes with the second one, but still....It just doesn't make sense to me how one day Glee Club is treated like garbage by the rest of the school and the next they're treated like the Beatles. Some consistancy! Or they're popular and (sexually) desired by the school or not!....Also, they should be proud of who they are. So they aren't popular. Who cares?  They treat High School popularity like it's the most important thing in the world....Like if that would give them jobs...Pffgh.

And the last but most important of them all.

4- Stop with the stereotypes. Seriously, instead of developing the first characters and turning them into actual CHARACTERS,( they're still either stereotypes or annoying dudes), they just keep adding more characters.....I think Sam seems rather useless, he's basically a blond Finn...Also, if he gets with Kurt, it would just be a cliché...The same sex pair: one likes all femenine stuff and the other's very macho, it happens to both gays or lesbians in media...Frikkin' annoying....

Also, the new Christian girl, which would just be offensive...Can't she just have a good friendship with Kurt? Seriously, I'm a Christian and I have many gay/lesbian friends...And I'm not the only one in the case.

And again, the stereotypes are annoying. Not all asian girls are quiet and gothic. Not all black girls are sassy and prima donnas, not all gays are crazy for Lady Gaga and fashion, not all blondes are dumb or evil, not all jocks are jerks,  etc...

It's not only annoying, but pretty racist and insulting....Like, putting together the two Asian characters? Oh yeah, that's not insulting at all. :/

Why must they be stereotypes? Why can't they be characters, first and foremost? Ryan Murphy doesn't understand the concept? :/

On a joking mode, I personally won't rest until they introduce a character that likes comic books, internet, shows, films and fantasy/sci fi stuff, you know, an ACTUAL GEEK, to join the club and sing like nobody's business...Or a girl who's an artist and just adores reading and when she sings she sounds like Katherin Jenkins or Sarah Brightman, so she can do lovely renditions of POTO songs or Time To Say Goodbye. :)

Or a character with a decease that's slowly killing him/her, but has a cheerful personality and joins the club and sings and supports its friends...Until she/he dies. Now that would be more interesting, if a bit cliché.

AGAIN, please. Don't villanize me. I like the show, it's fun, most of the acting is good, I DO like some of the characters, and the music's by far the best. But it's a flawed show. Very, very flawed. Mostly in the writing section
