my poor car...
Kind of stuck at the moment.
My car's dead. The engine is completely flooded with water and the block may be cracked. A new engine costs $1400. My car is worth about $700.
Part of me wants to get a new car anyway, as soon as I get the pharmacy tech job and can afford the payments. Part of me wants to save my money and repair my car. In any case, I need a car. We're trying to get Syd's Cadillac running, but until then, I'm driving Michael's old Dodge Charger.
For option one, if anyone on here knows of a car that fits the following specifications, please let me know:
-must be inexpensive.
-must be fuel-efficient
-must be reliable
-must not be a large SUV (small ones are alright)
-ABS brakes are good
-must have automatic transmission, as I don't know how to drive a stick-shift
-$14k or less is a good price
I'd prefer something less than ten years old, btw. Any older and it may break down. I don't care about makes.
