I need to ask a question to ANYONE on here who can identify multiple kinds of snakes.
Before class, I was just about to leave and I saw the dog barking at the house. I'm like "what the fuck now", so I go outside, and theres a fucking snake hiding behind the box of pool crap.
Ohcrapsnakesnakesnakewhatdoidoaaaaagh.
Stupid me moved the box to see it better, and the dog went for it. They duked it out for a while, I think it bit the dog a couple of times, then I finally wrestled the dog inside. Got the pool skimmer, managed to back it against the wall and nudge the damn thing onto the skimmer net, then ran like Hell for the far side of the yard. I seriously catapulted that thing, it went right over the road and into the pecan grove across the street. Only when I was going to school did it occur to me that shit, I should've gotten a picture.
It was about a foot long, centimeter in diameter. It had diamonds on it's back, but I didn't see a rattle (though it was vibrating it's tail as if it had one). It also had a black line across it's head, kinda like a monobrow. Edit: it was also grey with black diamonds ._. sorry about that (thank you meatbunboy for reminding me to mention this!)
;_; Anyone have any idea what it was? I'm kinda scared there might be more, and I dont know if it was venomous or not, so I'm scared the dog might get sick. Help?
