Is it strange when the people in your life or those that know you can almost answer your questions without asking? I love that...I wondered what Colin's work schedule was and he told me without even knowing it! Lovin it!
Chillin tonight at Amy's just trying to sort out what I want to do with the rest of my night. It is getting late now so I may just stay in tonight. Yup thats what I should do.
This weekend was peaceful. I didn't do a single thing for Easter. My friend Jarod came by and brought me chocolate which was nice of him. I called Austin and let him know that this weekend he would have even more chocolate to consume. Chocolate is present in almost every holiday! Thankfully...
I had good news on Friday. I got the job as branch manager of the check exchange! The boss lady called me and said that I must have thought she had forgotten about me, which I did think they had lost my number. So, they are doing a pretty intense background check because I will be dealing with a lot of money and will be responsible for financials and reports on where the money is going. I should hear from her tomorrow, if she hasn't called me I am going to hound her! lol
Hopefully I will be able to start this week. Although my family is going out of town and I will have to work Sat. so it may be hard to sort that out with Austin this weekend. But, I am sure I will juggle it all so that it will not impact our time together. I am a little disapointed about working on the weekends but its worth it.
I am really excited about the job. I hope I am not jinksing myself and they are completely hiring me, by the sound of doing an entense background check (and I pretty much have no doubts about everything sorting out okay) I think that meant I have the job as long as I didn't rob a bank in my life or was naught with money.
I am still crossing my fingers! And that lady is going to get a phone call a day from me now because I think you have to just hassle people if you really want a job.
Ack...I have to talk to Amy, I have been online the whole time I have been here and I think she is going to bed soon. Ahhh catch up is fun online when you haven't talked to people for awhile.
