wow, is my journal layout ugly or what? haha. God, I wish I could be arsed to fool around with it but I just can't. I'm too tired right now.
Got home from work an hour ago, and what do I find? My guitar out of it's case and in the hands of my 4 year old neighbor who my sister let in. Ok, that was sweet and all, but I just get pissed when I see that expensive thing in unstable hands, so to speak. And of course, she succeeded in tuning it out completely.
I wanna go out drinking but don't have the time. God, has it come to that? Well, I got Sunday. Oh well.
I just saw Qotsa extended their tour. In the U.S. Fuck. I'd give anything to see them again on this tour. Damnit. Maybe they jump to Germany once more, hm? If they do, I am there. There. Oh yeah, baby.
I saw Babel yesterday, for the first time. Don't know why I haven't seen it before. It's amazing. Haven't seen such a good film in a long time. And I was suprised to see Gael Garcia Bernal in there, didn't know he played a part. Gael = a spanish god. And what's interesting is that Brad Pitt looks like Benicio Del Toro there. Which brings me to a conclusion that Inarritu is a bit obsessed with Benicio.
Man, I have to get all of the Desert Sessions, but I don't know where. Can't buy them here (of course) so I wanted to download it from somewhere and I can't find them anywhere. I just got 1&2, and it's fucking amazing. It's one of the best rock albums I've ever heard. And yes, it fits perfectly with my recent desert obsession. The guitars are so sexy it's mad. *sigh* But then again, everything that Josh Homme is sexy. Hope I'll find the rest soon, though.
And I also heard that Eagles of Death Metal are doing some new stuff. Can't fucking wait for that one. Hope they visit Croatia again. Their show in March was so...rockin. I had so much fun and Jesse Hughes must be the biggest sweet heart ever. He was so cool hanging with people outside the venue before the show. So easy to love, that man.

Oh yeah, Misfit Love (by qotsa from era vulgaris) is the. sexiest. song. ever. And Going out West, which is a Tom Waits cover. God, that's a sexy song. Whoo, goosebumps just thinking about it.
