NEW TATTOO!!!
Got my new tattoo!!!
My mom bought it for me for my golden birthday. It is on the back of my left calf.
It was designed and later tattooed by Josh Palmer at Aloha Monkey in Burnsville, MN. It was cool because I had been thinking of this for years since I am a HUGE Hello Kitty girl and a bigger fan of A Clockwork Orange. I always wanted a ACO tattoo, but they were all very masculine in nature until I thought of this. So I sent him a bunch of pictures of both Alex from the movie and Hello Kitty. He incorporated a lot of the imagery and color of both, including the awesome orange bow on the hat and the eyeball on the bow that is normally on Alex's sleeve. I just LOVE it!
My leg is essentially retaliating against me right now though (hurts like HELL). It hates me for tattooing it. It's funny too, cuz my left side is the side affected by my cerebral palsy, so my leg does not lie flat. The tattoo artists called it my "spring loaded leg" cuz it just pops back up if you press it down. So they had to prop it up a certain way to get it done.
