THIEVES PISS ME OFF!!!!
I don't know if I have not made this clear to everyone in the past, but PLEASE DO NOT REPOST MY ARTWORK OR VIDEOS!!! Anywhere. They are for personal use only and by that, I mean use for your desktops.
dana_chosenart just brought it to my attention about this MASSIVE theft of just about every fandom known to man on Fanpop. Five of my Supernatural character walls and several others were posted there.
See stolen art here and also check to see if your's is here as well!
Granted, they linked back to my livejorunal, but I don't like my stuff being posted elsewhere for several reasons:
a) If I was going to have other people post my stuff, I wouldn't spend all the money and effort on hosting and creating a site
b) I love comments. I think everyone can agree with this. If things are posted in places I don't know about, I won't be able to see comments that not only make me happy, but also help me improve
c) Others may see my artwork, like it, but not be able to find my site because the person posting it is not the person who made it
d) It's just downright rude. It can take artists anywhere from a day to months to work on one piece
e) There are more reasons, but I'm pissed, so this will become a rant
For anyone I may be confusing, bear this in mind:
- When I say icons and headers are 'sharable' that means you can use them elsewhere on LJ with proper credit
- I love to do requests for people (such as headers) and they can be used for people who have requested and received permission from me
If you have any questions, please let me know. I'm not trying to sound mean or anything. I love doing art and videos for others to see and use personally. But when people abuse that, it's upsetting. So I'll say it again:
