Hi Everyone,
The reason I haven't been posting is that my laptop would simply not let me log in to Live journal. It took a while for us to be able to fix the problem anyway.
Now to the fun stuff.
Pink was amazing live a true performer and she had a real repartee with the crowd. She had the whole crowd in the palm of her hand, everyone had a rocking night. Evanescence was just as amazing they truely brought the house down even though the tension could be seen between Amy and John LeCompt they avoided each other through the whole evening. They are amazing band and Amy's voice is truely majestic. I would highly recommend seeing both performers live when they return for another tour.
My birthday was a great day and couldn't have been more special. I really appreciated all the wishes for a great day from everyone. My presents consisted of a lot of DVD's and CD's and book collections and other personal item's. I have also acquired a few more corsets and other special clothing so I am a happy person.
I have heard recently from a friend of mine Jenna that her life has taken a definite turn for the better which is a great thing as I know a lot of us where greatly concerned with what was going on with her life and circumstances.
We have adopted another dog he is a Kelpie and very lovable if sometimes naughty his name is Axle and he is from a very abusive household. We are RSPCA foster carers for dogs and cats until they are adopted. Which is how we met Axle and he just melted our hearts.
We are also now living on a 50 acre property in Cooma in NSW. The house is a 4 bedroom spacious living country property with a large lounge room linked to a dining area there is also a really big family area of the spacious kitchen along with a lot of other great features and we feel very lucky to be able to live here. It feels to me a very spiritual and energizing place especially for me with my belief in the goddesses and spiritual way of life.
Brett's back re-compensation claim should be hopefully finallised in february march. My Migraines continue unrelenting but if just a fact of life for me now though it is still a very debilitating condition. Both Ashlynne and Nathan and a doing really great in school and a winning award after award which is wonderful.
Anyway signing of now.
Blessed Be
Melanie
