I used to keep a daily journal of my sleep schedule, eating habits, exercise, etc. Since I'm working so hard to change my diet, and I tend to lose track of what I've eaten in the day, I'm doing it again.
Bedtime: 12:30AM
Woke up: 8:45AM
Hours of sleep: 8.25hrs
Pills/Vitamins (last night through this morning): Trileptal and risperdal last night. Trileptal, welbutrin, 2 multi's, 1 magnesium and 2 omega-3's this morning.
Breakfast: Hardboiled egg with salt, whole wheat toast with peanut butter at 9:00AM. Mocha after class (skim, no whip, dark chocolate).
Nap? No!
Lunch: None
Dinner: Curry
Snacks: Reduced fat white cheddar cheezits
Exercise: None
Money Spent: $26 on gas, $4.50 on the mocha.
