To all of my LJ Friends:
I already think that all of you are awesome in your own individual ways. But I'm a creature filled with curiosity, and there's nothing on HBO tonight. So please do me the honor of responding to these questions (and, as an added bonus, I will answer them as well so's that you can get a peep into my maggot-infested brain... yay!).
1) Which band(s) have influenced your taste in music and why? PIXIES/FRANK BLACK~Yay, we can be abstract, yet easy to decipher! POE~I can mimic her voise to a tee, so it boosts my self-esteem (unless I pay too close attention to the lyrics, in which case I become pale and withdrawn... but that's mellow, so whatever). WEEN~every damn song sounds different, and there is beauty in diversity.
2) When you were just a kid, was there ever a toy that you really, REALLY wanted for your birthday, but your parents wouldn't allow it? If so, what was it... and what the fuck was their problem with it? Poochie for Girls... my mother found the commercials to be sexist, and it really WAS just a dog-shaped stamp.
3) Have you ever had a fake I.D.? If so, did you procure it at a flea market? Yes... and yes.
4) (this one is a repeat from a recent post, but I must know from EVERYBODY)If you were a Carebear, what would your name be? And, what would the picture on your belly be? Overly Analytical Bear... with a Xanex tablet on my belly.
5) What's something you don't like to admit that you enjoy? Peeling shrimp, expensive shoes, videogames.
6) Have you ever worn a clown wig? How did that make you feel? Nope, never worn one, though I once wore a purple wig to a movie theatre, though. It was when I wemt to see "The Fugitive". And it made me feel secretive.
7) If you had to mud-wrestle with any one celebrity, who would it be... AND WHY? Note: this is not a sexual thing! I would mud-wrestle Paris Hilton, and I would make sure her Jimmy Choo boots were fucking DEMOLISHED.
8) Public nudity: Yay or Nay? Yay, with pasties on top.
9) What are your top five favorite books/book series? The Dark Tower books by Stephen King; Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robbins; Slaughter House Five by Kurt Vonnegut; Fluke by Christopher Moore; The Butter Battle Book by Dr. Suess.
10) Something(s) you wish you weren't afraid to try: getting branded, sushi from Randall's, porn.
