I just wanted to say how deliriously happy eating roasted garlic this Saturday with J the boy made me. He's a super picky eater on top of having severe allergies (seafood, including fish for one).

Yummmmmmmmmmm! Plus I got to eat an enormous prime rib. He did tell me later I had meat-breath, lol.

None the less, I are one happy girl!!! I see getting a garlic bulb roaster in the near future . . .
