yoinked from Tumblr and posted here to be less obnoxious.
I'm doing this with Sherlock/John, of course.
- big spoon/little spoon: They switch it up, though Sherlock often spontaneously big spoons when they're sleeping
- favorite non-sexual activity: eating Chinese food on the couch after a case
- who uses all the hot water: Sherlock. He's something of a diva in certain areas.
- most trivial thing they fight over: Whether the sheets need washing.
- who does most of the cleaning: John, obviously.
- what has a season pass on their dvr/who controls the netflix queue: John again. Sherlock doesn't give a fuck, but he watches what John puts on.
- who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: John again, though Mrs H usually knows.
- who steals the blankets: Sherlock
- who leaves their stuff around: Sherlock again
- who remembers to buy the milk: John, because he's the one who keeps leaving it out and it goes off.
- who remembers anniversaries: Neither of them!
- who cooks normally?: John, though Sherlock has done it a couple of times and it was excellent. But usually he can't be bothered.
- how often do they fight?: At least once a week, though it's usually relatively minor. They have big fights every couple of months.
- what do they do when they’re away from each other?: Text.
- nicknames for each other?: "Idiot."
- who is more likely to pay for dinner?: John is more likely to have his wallet, though Sherlock is more likely to have a card that works.
- what would they get each other for gifts?: John would agonize over it and get something like a new Moleskine at the last minuet. Sherlock would get something perfect, if he bothered.
- who made the first move?: Sherlock, though John wanted to.
- who remembers things?: Sherlock
- who started the relationship?: they started it together. "Do you think we ...?" "Yes, I think so."
- who cusses more?: John, by a lot. He swears casually. Sherlock reserves his coarse language for special situations.
- what would they do if the other one was hurt?: You don't want to be there to find out. People have died.
