(My Trip to NYC)
Oh my gosh, AVENUE Q was AMAZING!!! The show is 10x funnier than the soundtrack; the dialogue is just hilarious.
Aymee Garcia was standing in for Stephanie D'Abruzzo for Kate/Lucy, and I wish that Stephanie was performing, just because Amyee just didn't seem to fit it as well with the rest of the cast while on stage. Oh well. So Natalie Venetia Belcon (Gary Coleman) was amazing, as usual, Ann Harada (Christmas Eve) was just hilarous, and Peter Linz did really well as the understudy for Jordan Gleber (Brian). Anyways, (saving best for last) the guy that now took over John Tartaglia is... H-O-T!!! Right, shut up, but he really is!!!
<--- Well, it's a bad picture of him, but when he first came on stage I was like !!!!!!!. Okay, I'll stop now.
In other words, that guy sitting next to me during the show (I think/am pretty sure) was Republican and totally hardly laughed at all during the entire thing. (Intermission: "Well, that was a lot more um, adult-rated than I thought it would be") Hahaha. (No offense to Republicans, but he chose the wrong show to see )
I also took a tour of Rockefeller Center (NBC center, SNL, Conan, Will & Grace, Friends, etc.) and I saw the SNL studio!!! It was soo amazingly cool. But that was my trip to NYC!!!
Now I'm off to do um, homework. *cough*
