The Move
I am no longer an Army of one...I moved down to WR yesterday. Heather, John, and Mary came and helped me move. The Uhaul was smaller than I expected, but we fit everything ok. I am planning a trip back up to Augusta in a week or two to pick up a few things I left, and to clean the apartment. Everyone says I shouldnt clean it, but I can't leave it skanked out. Drama. I dont know. I thought I was gonna have a nervous breakdown when we pulled out of Fort Gordon yesterday. Its so final now.
All the way down to WR we were in a torrential downpour...it was so not fun on a stick. I'm so glad John John was the one driving the uhaul...Don't think I could have handled it! I am all the way moved in now though...about to leave to go turn in the uhaul.
**Wanted to say that Aimee's wedding on Saturday was very sweet and wonderful, and I am glad I was there to be a part of it..
