An actual update ::gasp::
So I've been kind of talking to this airman named James...I don't know what to think of it though...He's 6'4 blonde hair, blue eyed...you know the drill ;). I'm still jobless...but have been searching diligently, so hopefully something will come soon. I applied for a civil service job on base and since I am still legally married for the next month or so, I get spousal preference. How cool is that?! I really really hope I get it...Send good thoughts my way, please!
My July 4rth went surprisingly well this year. Heather, Jerry and I went to James' house and got our drink on. Lassa and Hutch were there too. Lassa is James' (Country) roommate, and Hutch is another dude from the shop. Lassa is the smallest of the three at 6'3 230lbs. I felt so small around all of these massive men! We had fun on a stick. It was nice to hang out with military men again.
I went out last night with Momma and her friends for Peggy's birthday. Never will I ever do that again. They were all so drunk on it, it wasnt even funny. I had some awful Alaska flashbacks that need not be discussed.
James came over tonight and watched Eurotrip with me. Heather and Jerry are in Vegas for Jerry's mom's wedding. I have been rather hard on him and I feel bad...I am so fucking guarded these days...I know that its normal for me to be after the shit I have went through the past few months, but I think that it really sucks that like it or not, he has to pay for another man's mistakes. Any advice on it?
