Lately things have been either manic and fun or calm and comfortable. I love this bipolar way of life. Today after nearly sleeping the day away I got most of my chores done, and then went to Robotics. Bryce came along to see what the fuss was about. Most of the evening took place in the lower cafeteria. For some reason everybody is feeling physical today, and I in no way mean this as a sexual thing. I doubt that I could count the number of times I was picked up and/or spun around. It may have been due to the fact that International Hug Day was today.
After Robotics Joanna and I decided to go adventuring. Bryce and The Natrix came along. We got some sparkling cider, and pretended to be cheerful winos in the cemetery. Skipping around and singing arm in arm in the cold made things seem very amplified. The cider was sweeter than usual, and bubbled into our noses. The freezing air was inducing a need to stay active in all us winos, as we did not have the aid of true alcohol. The tombstones even seemed to absorb the light from headlights more, and thus had a luminescent quality.
I hope winter activities can begin soon. I need a good shuffling-through-the-snow-in-jim-jams-to-get-to-somebody-worth-the-treck day. It's always nice when the adults are fussing over driveways, and I feel about 5.
