Life Update
Hello, Hello!
I'm back! I know I haven't been on in a long time, but things have been happening lately that made it so I didn't have a lot of time to chat. First, I had a baby!! YAY!! My son, Joseph Reuben Reude, was born December 12, 2004 at 4:26 PM a healthy 7 pounds 7.2 ounces. Not bad for being two weeks early huh?!
Second, I went on vacation. True, it was only a five day trip home to Skamania/Washougal, but a vacation it was just the same. It was the first time anyone in our home church got to see Joseph and we were thrilled to show him off.
Grandparents were happy to see him too, us as well - of course, but it had been a while since they saw the newest member of the family. (Mandy Reude, Michael's sister saw Joseph for the first time.)
Finally, my father came to visit. It was the first time I'd seen him in five years, not since my wedding. Since Scot is my biological father, Joseph is his biological grandson. ARRGHH! That sounds so technical. I apologize to him if he ever reads this. It was a good visit, and it was very nice to see him again.
Hmm, I think that about wraps it up for now. I'll see about getting back on in a day or so.
