Mid semester results and reunions
I just checked my hotmail (used for school) & realized that the course co-ordinator has emailed me my Finance (Corporate) 307 results.
Darn. My heart skipped a beat.
I was freaking worried that I'll do badly, & crossed all fingers & toes available at that point in time.
I downloaded the spreadsheet & checked. WHAM! I was first on the list. Totally no preparation for it. Why? Because I'm first on the register. ._.
I got.... 73/100.
I can't stop thanking God. I've finally managed to hit the Distinction mark. But well, shall see how I'll fare for the finals then. Sheesh. My finals are like next week & I've not started studying!! Shucks.

I've gotta burn my CNY just to mug for my exams. Sigh. How sad. It sucks, doesn't it??
Oh well, the life of a student. Thank goodness I'm aiming (yes, I'm using the word aiming because I hope I won't hafta retake any modules) to graduate by June'07 & I'm gonna try to make that happen. Then, off to the cruel working world. Well, at least money would be pouring in & won't hafta be so poor. (:
So anyway, Mr. T & I had a wonderful reunion dinner with my poly clique yesterday & we were so bloated because there was too much food. Steamboat's fun! Luckily, it was windy at my place, which was something really rare. And so, it made the steamboat session even more enjoyable because I didn't pespire. Can you believe that?! Haha.
Then, it was mahjong session with my clique while Mr. T did his stuff. We finally completed our whole mahjong session without anyone falling asleep or went to sleep. So, all of us fell asleep at 5ish & only waking up at 2ish. Mr. T went out with Korkor & came back to join me sleeping again. Schweet.
Woke up, had lunch, sent them back, went to Bedok Reservoir so that Mr. T could collect something from someone, back home, quick shower, head out for reunion dinner with my maternal relatives at Tampines SAFRA for Sakura international buffet. Rocks. Felt bloated again because we stuffed ourselves silly with food.
As some of my relatives weren't done with dinner, Mr. T & I decided to take a walk. We walked ourselves to the bowling alley to find all the lanes taken up & there seems to be some competition of some sort going on. Some are really rather good & it was nice watching them bowl.
We relived our childhood by stepping into the oh-so-pathetic games arcade. Played photohunt & we actually needed help from this little boy. He's really darn good as he managed to spot the differences twice immediately. Wow. We're getting old, dear. :P
Alright, it's getting really late & I'm still awake. This is bad. I gotta wake up earlier tomorrow to start on my revision. I've got so much reading to be done. So dead.
