Super Bowl XLI - Initial Thoughts
Man, only the 1st quarter, and already TOTAL CHAOS! Interceptions, fumbles, recoveries, turnovers, messed up extra point snap...I don't think my nerves can take an entire game of this!
I'm officially abandoning my stance of 'I like both teams and no matter who wins, I'll be happy.' Two-Thirds of the attendees at the Super Bowl are Bears fans, according to the announcer on tv. Well, as a lifelong Hoosier (no matter how close I lived to Chicago growing up, and how many years I rooted for the Chicago Bulls, etc) I'm pulling for the Colts big time now! Thanks to sirenprincess, I've been following the Colts closely all seaons, I like Peyton Manning, coach Dungy, and the rest, and I really hope they finally get win the Big One! Please, please Colts, don't screw this up too badly!!
