This was awesome! Admittedly, I'd never really thought of pairing them together, but I like it!

protective!Dean and protective!Sam were nice to see.

I think they could work simply because they're both the youngest (if you don't count Cas as an archangel), they both have big brothers who are too caught up in their own issues to care about them, and they both snark. Although, I adore protective Sam and Dean (especially Sammy). ♥

Gabriel and Adam BFFs with accidental benefits! This is so great, I already told you before, but I *love, love, loved* this, Adam was so self-conscious and adorable that he was just setting himself up for trouble. And Gabriel! Gabriel, never change, you are so much fun. I also loved seeing Sam and Dean around, spittakes and hyper-protective modes alike, but I also got the impression that Sam was that little bit more intent for Gabriel to keep Adam safe because of the time he shared w/ Adam in the cage. Also, that ending was omghot. I don't care what you say, you are participating in 5A again next time. :P

You know how I love those two as BFFs. ;) I'm so happy you liked it! Gabriel is always ridiculously fun to write, and it was nice exploring everyone's 'sensitive' sides with a semi-traumatized Adam. And I still want to believe (please don't prove me wrong, Show) that Sam's Hell memories will make him a great big brother for Adam, reminiscent of how Dean is for him, so yay protective!Sam. Thanks for the lovely comment, bb! I'm sure you can rope me into it without much effort, lol. ♥
