Roddy will soon help Barry realize that Roddy isn't Bella and doesn't want an Edward. Barry's just used to staring at what he wants and sulking till his dad gets it for him and I really wanted to play with spoiled brat Barry, after we discussed his character on twitter. 'Twas fun. XD

I love Frank way more than I should. I don't even know why. I'd read the heck out of that because it must have hurt, that Barry and Diane kept that secret together without telling him.

I think of Nick and Monroe as Roddy's makeshift parents; blame our friends for that, lol. They are the Dean and Castiel of Grimm for me. I am also fond of them toeing ungracefully around one another (while Roddy points and laughs).

And Roddy, dear Roddy. You know how I love self-deprecating characters; it's such a blast to have them tear themselves down, then put the mess back together into something pretty. Roddy's cocky about the one thing he thinks he should be, music, but little else, where Barry believes he's entitled to everything. They're a great pair. There will definitely be mpreg (because, class issues, personality, size and everything else aside, of course they need more angst). :D

I'm so happy you enjoyed this, bb. Sorry it was posted so late after your birthday, but hopefully the length makes up for tardiness. I can't even with these two. They give me ~first fandom love feelings like Supernatural used to, early on. Grimm does as a whole, in fact. It's so nostalgic. ♥
