Story Lottery - Round 3 - The Prompts
About a month ago I signed up at story_lottery, a community of writing challenges. It's simple really. A theme is picked for the lottery ("places" for this round) and then 31 examples of the theme are thought up. 7 lottery numbers are then drawn and contestants have approximately 60 days to write stories surrounding these prompts. The stories can be original or fanfiction, and can be as closely or loosely tied to the prompt as you want.
I thought I'd post the list of prompts here, just so I can track my progress and motivate myself to write the pieces. It's always easier to meet a challenge if you know people are around to see you fail.
So, I have until April 30 to write 7 short stories. Not so difficult really...until you consider some of the prompts.
