Have my first appointment with a career consoler on Tuesday
Trying out a session of group therapy for women with depression and anxiety on Thursday... we'll see how that goes. the clinic is just starting it and they are inviting four people besides me, but not sure how many are coming.
Going to start assessment for Aspurger's syndrome... I feel positive about this. I felt social phobia didn't explain things quite right.
Mom's out of the town for the weekend so it's just me and dad. It's been going well. We've been getting along a lot better since i started therapy, and especially since he met with my consoler, i think he understands me a lot better now.
