I'm such a klutz!!!
So yesterday was Victor's 25th birthday. How did he spend it? In the hospital with me. I was rushing to pick up tiramisu for his birthday dessert and somehow managed to slam my right index finger in my car door. I swear to god only I can do these things. So by the time I got to his house in Plainfield with the tiramisu I was still hysterically crying and in a lot of pain. I didn't want to go to the hospital but Victor said it would be the best idea. I hate Overlook hospital, but it was the closest. They made me wait OVER AN HOUR before I saw a doctor, but they made damn sure to get my billing address. When I finally saw Dr. Rushman, he immediately gave me an injection of pain killer. Then he gave me five injections of lidocaine in my index finger. Shit, does that stuff burn. Then he had ti cut a hole in my nail so the blood could leak out to relieve pressure. He put me on antibiotics and gave me tylenol with codeine for the pain. So basically, I ruined Victor's birthday and I feel like an asshole.
