got a good night's sleep last night, and what a difference it makes! because of that, i had an awesome day at work today. worked with pascal and aaron all day, and they're really fun. met our DM, Darshelle, she's really nice...and found out that we had our snapshot last weekend. snapshots are where there's a mystery shopper that comes and analyzes our store; the lobby, the bathrooms, the condiment bar, the customer service at the register and at the bar, the quality and the weight of the drink, the time they stand in line, and the time it takes to get their drink. they always order a tall latte, mocha, or cappucino, and it could be decaf. the day they came, sunday, was my first full day at the register, and it was really busy, so i was rather stressed. in previous snapshot periods, our store has gotten anywhere from an 80% to a 95%. this year, we got a 97%, with 3 points taken off because we were 15 seconds outside the time limit. and guess what they rated us on customer service at the register? 100%. yep, that was me, on my first day, stressed out. jay, the manager, was ecstatic...i thought he was gonna bear hug me--haha. looks like i'm going to be getting a raise in a couple months :D
ok, so bragging over with. tonight is luke's costume party...i'm bringing dana and malachi, possibly coley and miranda, maybe marty. marty's not likely, but whatev. hot french maid with red hair...aww yea.
unfortunately, i have to work again tomorrow at 9am, so that kinda sucks.
