Went to the school today... Guess what...
I'M FUCKING GOIN TO ACADEMY OF ART!!! well, almost. I need to apply, get financial aide, and sign up for classes! I took both the Illistration, and the Fine Art tours. And I got there thinking I'd probably be going for Fine Art, for painting right? Nope, I'm going to be an illistrator. Yep. I loved the art they had, the classes they have, the jobs I could get doing it. Mostly illistrations for books (mainly childrens books) design, and storyboarding for movies and such (damn it I'd love to do that).
Plus the sketching classes with the live models.. and naked models... Oh I can't wait... The Fine Art tour was boring, a lot of classes I didnt want to take, and everyone was really fucking good at it, and I'm just better at illistration then Fine Art.
I did panic though, I did disociate, I did feel dizzy, confused, lost, and numb for a while... But though I thought everything was far too expensive, my father says it's not really. Plus I am appling for financial aide, and student grants and such...
goodness, am I going to college? who saw this comming? not me.
