Random Stuff
First, thank you to gblvr for the neat Christmas Chuthulu.
So tonight is my last class of the semester. The original schedule had the last class as being on 12/17, and the final paper/presentation etc due then. Apparently the teacher announced during class on 12/3 (which I had missed due to only having had 4 hrs of sleep the night before because the roof started leaking at 2:30AM) that no, 12/10 would be the last class and everything would be due then. I have today off. I have tomorrow off, too, and I actually was planning to write the paper over the four day weekend. Needless to say, after hearing from another student on Monday that everything is due tonight I changed that plan, and I just finished with school work.
At least I will have a real three day weekend to enjoy (don't count today as I spent the first 4 hours working on school work and will spend another four+ hours tonight dealing with getting to school, attending school, and returning home. So today is not really a 'vacation' day, even though I am not working).
Lastly, I leave you with this image, which I saw last week and decided today that I really did need to share it.
It kinda reminds me of something I heard years ago - remember that the people who read the National Enquirer are among the 50% of Americans who actually read.
