uggggghhhhh
well the buyers rejected our counter they are getting another house in the subdivision for the amount they offered us...Good luck with that it's 350 less sq foot no deck (ours has a 16X16) no pergo, and oh yeah it's a repossession that has been on the market for over a year and has had all the plumbing and utilities off for that long. It's been empty about a year so yeah once youu shut of plumbing for that long you are going to have MAJOR problems when you turn it back on the mold alone is going to kill you. plus if it's the house I'm thinking of they had huge dogs that tore everything up and their back yard is a ditch whereas ours backs up to woods with no houses behind it, we also have a shed and upgrades that the other house doesn't so if 4000.00 (which is about what 25.00 a month on a loan) is a deal breaker then they probably can't aford the house anyway. our realtor said they liked our house the best and were really hoping that they could get the better house at the price of the cheaper smaller ones. Oh well disappointing but I am not giving my house away we weren't planning on moving originally until next year anyway so maybe that should be the paln.... just so frustrated with the whole house selling thingg...don't see how realtors can handle this all the time!
