Aaah Merlin fic!

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the characters from 'Merlin' are starting to talk in my head, as I've watched about half the series in the past couple days. But I wrote a ficlet! It's just a silly little dialogue, but I'm excited. I haven't written anything in ages. Enjoy!

*snerk* That's great. So, for my edification, and for additional motivation to watch this show, would this be gayer than Horatio Hornblower?

That's a tough one. I think it's about equal, except they're fighting mythical beasts instead of the French. And are in a castle instead of on a ship. So far, there's more snark than genuine affection, but that doesn't stop them from repeatedly risking their lives for each other. They even have the same sort of light/dark dichotomy as Horatio and Archie (and no one else that I know. hee).

*dies* This is hilarious! Poor (lucky) Merlin, having to bathe Arthur. Also, 'only if we enjoy it'? Of course you won't, Arthur, of COURSE you won't.

(And then they had gay sex, the end.)

I swear, you could add this to the end to every episode.

You should always write more fic. ALWAYS. Just saying.

I'm glad you like it! They're so convincing, aren't they? And yes, you totally could. I need a Merlin icon, yours is very pretty.
I'll see if I get inspired to write anything else. I would point you toward the old Doctor Who fic on my LJ, if you want more to read, but I'm guessing you've already creepily read it and not commented? ;)
