-My dad gave me an old laptop of his, and I discovered that I could pick up the neighbor's unsecured wireless on it. Never using dial-up again, mwahaha!

I like Torchwood. (Well, to be honest, I like the very hot John Barrowman and Gareth David-Lloyd.) I'm not usually into sci-fi but I like the show a lot, though I find Gwen to be really annoying.

I've got a couple of John Barrowman's songs, and I want more. I listen to "Everything Goes" all the time on my ipod.

Oh, really? I quite like Gwen, as she has the most moral strength and compassion of anyone on the show. And she's hot. ;)

Yeah, he has an awesome voice, and I especially like when he sings Cole Porter.

I saw it by chance on the scifi channel because the description mentioned an intergalactic conman. I thought it was hilarious and cute.

How far have you gotten in watching Torchwood?

I've seen most of the episodes, all except 'Countrycide', 'Greeks Bearing Gifts', and 'Captain Jack Harkness'. I'm going to get to those as soon as I can.

I have a thing for Englishmen as well, and to be honest, maybe the Irish and Scottish as well! It's odd, but all my favorite actors are from the UK.

Yeah, I totally agree! I don't think I'm even familiar with any non-British actors at this point. *g*

I'm trying to get an internship in the UK for next summer, and my friends are teasing me about bringing home the 'ultimate' souvenir! lol

Yeah, the internship...right! Thanks! I'm only writing initial inquiry letters now, which should go out Thursday, but I'd love it. 2 months in the UK would be wonderful.

Plus it lets me check out hot men a couple potential grad schools over there too.
