I came down with a horrible gross miserable cold on Saturday, and I still can't breathe through my nose, and my throat is sore from coughing, and I can't talk properly, and all I want to do is curl up in bed with my lovely new hot water bottle what I got for Christmas and drink tea and read and sleep. But alas, I have to get up and go to school and dentist and other unfun places. Gaa.
In other news, I finished reading The Surgeon's Mate today and
OMG Stephen and Diana got married!!! I knew happened eventually, but I didn't know how long the poor dear would have to wait. And there have been times I thought Diana was a total bitch who didn't deserve him, but I think I like her now. And Captain Babbington married them! And Jack gave Diana away! Weddings make me soppy anyway, but there was so much to flail over at this one. There goes trying to read in class inconspicuously... ;)
I found 'Brideshead Revisited' at the library, and started watching it again. Such an awesomely depressing book/movie, though I'm still at the happy pretty Oxford bit right now. I also have the BBC Oscar Wilde Collection (Importantce of Being Earnest, Dorian Grey, Ideal Husband, and Lady Windemere's Fan), with a cast including Jeremy Brett and Paul McGann, which I have not watched yet. Hopefully this weekend I can watch fun movies and be able to breathe again, but I'd settle for just the breathing bit.
