Home and back
So, I went home on Wednesday - nothing really exciting happened between my last entry and then.
Going home was wonderful - it was great hanging out with Debs and with Sophie, having lots of food (and wine!) and so forth. When I went to see Sophie, between us and over the course of 10 hours, we made it through two bottles of wine and two bottles of port. It's kind of a miracle I'm still alive :) A great deal of cheese was consumed as well. It got to about 1am and her mum literally had to bundle me in to the car and take me home because otherwise we'd have been there chattering all night.
I full on cannot wait for Christmas now!
Hmm... I feel like I want to do a meme or something. I'm bored tonight, even though I'm watching Star Wars (A New Hope). And I'd kind of like to do something useless before I have to start working really hard.
And apparently I might have to start keeping an eye on my weight. Sophie was telling me that she tried the injection once and went up three dress sizes. Seeing as I'm pretty happy at my current size and cannot afford to buy a whole bunch of new clothes, I may have to be a bit careful. But I promise I will not detail calories etc. here (er. Or at all. Boring.) Just know that my consumption of massive pub burgers will drop :(
In boy-news, I still haven't seen Matt again, but we are still talking on facebook. Hopefully I'll find a way to get him to visit me before the Christmas holls.
