Doctor Who, all the way. Also, Farscape.

Doctor Who, The Hunger Games, The Avengers, Star Trek, Legend of Korra, Farscape.
Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year?
"A Sunny Day In The Void". I mean, at least in weak stuff like the Deception Arc (and sweet Jesus, the man who wrote that also wrote this? Fucking hell...he's going up on my least favorite writers list if he persists with this bullshit) and "Front Runners" (I don't care that this is Star Wars; King Rash is fucking indefensible as a villain) I could pick out stuff I liked. While it was true here, the stuff I liked just paled in comparison to the stuff I hated. The ridicule of military training and droid programming, the Broken Aesop, the suicide joke (seriously, go to hell, WAC. Forever), the sheer unlikable characters (which I think is really why I didn't like the Deception arc. I mean, yeah, I could understand why Obi-Wan would need to go undercover, but really, number one, couldn't he and Anakin have just put their heads together to come up with a plan, or would it have gotten in the way of the OMG edgy nature of the plot? And number two, basically everyone in the episode save for Anakin, Padme, Ahsoka, Dooku, and maybe Bane and co. were just insufferable. And Obi-Wan...would it have killed you to at least show a little bit of hesitation about going behind Anakin's back like that? Seriously, the way you said "Everyone knows how close we are" made me want to punch you. But as bad as it got in the Deception Arc, it was nowhere near as bad as "A Sunny Day In The Void"), the sheer Anviliciousness about human ingenuity triumphing over basic common sense (newsflash, CLONE WARS; human ingenuity is part of military training in a few ways, and programming. So STFU), the way that the character development from the last episode "Secret Weapons" was given a complete 180 (another thing in common with the Deception arc; despite everything that Obi-Wan learned undercover, he completely forgot it, as did Bane), the sheer tedium (hell, at least the Deception arc had a degree of fun in it in terms of escape plans and whatnot; "A Sunny Day In The Void" was just excruciating. Would make less of an episode and more of an interrogation tactic, methinks), and did I mention the suicide joke? Honestly, I think this is where the argument "It's a kid's show" goes out the window, because you don't include a joke about attempted suicide in a kid's show, you assholes!
Second off, contrary to what you might think, creators, kids are not stupid. Hell, they're actually pretty smart, and they deserve to be treated as such. Just because it's a kid's show doesn't mean that it can't treat its audience like human beings. Look at Doctor Who, look at The Sarah Jane Adventures, look at Batman: The Animated Series and hell, look at Harry Potter and Disney and Pixar. Kid's show does not equal patronizing. Hell, I loved stuff like "The Gathering" and "A Test of Strength" because they weren't patronizing -- they actually felt like we were involved in the story. And hell, it's not just kids who are watching your show -- there are adults as well. At least make it family-friendly -- and hell, while you're at it, try and inspire them. If Doctor Who can do it, why not you?
*Sighs*
Sorry -- "A Sunny Day in the Void just really fucking pissed me off.
Your biggest squee moment of the year?
Learning about the sequel trilogy coming out, once I got past my initial worry. Also, getting into STAR TREK.

I can't really say.
The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to?
I don't know, really. Maybe Buffy.
Your biggest fan anticipations for the coming year?
A lot, really. AOTC and ROTS in 3D (I hope), THOR 2 -- honestly, 2013's going to be a pretty damn big year in terms of fandom.
