Maybe she does, maybe she doesn't. IDK.
It could be she JUST got into them. I know when I first got into classic rock, for some reason I thought Aerosmith and The Rolling Stones were the same band somehow. (Mick Jagger and Steven Tyler DO look similar :P)
So I guess the point I'm making is nobody is above it, especially if you're a newbie.
If she's pretending to be a fan of the Pistols, Stones, Who, etc., then IDK about that either. That's up to you. Me, personally, I wouldn't hold it against her if she was otherwise an awesome person. :)

Yeah I see your point but the thing is she has "grown up" with this type of music and "loves" for example The Who but doesn't even know the bandmembers names. *sigh* She's not a newbie, she just doesn't really care about the people that has made the music she listens to. Alright, but don't come up to me and say that The Sex Pistols was the greatest band in the history of music when not even knowing who Johnny Rotten is.
She also hates Pink Floyd for no reason. >.<

Ok, that makes no sense. Even when I used to hear grunge all the time at my house, I eventually found out the names of the bands and the bandmembers.
LOL but liking a band's music and yet not knowing any of the bandmember's names sounds my relationship with most contemporary bands. I mean, I sort of like Interpol but damned if I know any of the guys in the band by name >_>

But that's different because I guess you probably don't walk around going on about how good Interpol is and everything else is shit? Because that's what she does A LOT when it comes to Pistols. >.<

That's one of her bad sides but she can be a pretty good person too,I guess.
