Dear Yuletide Author,
First off thank you.
The holidays can be completely mad and in mid-October you have no idea about what insanity may crash into your life by the end of December. So don't stress about this. Have fun with it. Hopefully something here will inspire you instead of the 'Oh God I Signed Up To Write What' reaction. As for what I'm into, just keep it light and have fun with it. Serious, no worries.
Almost Human
Damn you Fox for canceling (another) show I like. I'd like anything with Dorian and Rudy. What happened during all those times when Rudy needed a friend and switched Dorian on? Hijinks, cuddling, sex, chess? I want to know. (I'll gladly take the sex). And what will Dorian do when he gets those memories back? And if you're not feeling Dorian/Rudy, Dorian/John also makes me happy.
Sleepy Hollow
Why have ship wars when you can have threeways? Abbie/Ichabod/Katrina. Fun, sexy, angst free threeways.
Northern Exposure
Chris/Ed/Joel, Chris/Ed, Chris/Joel, Joel/Ed. You get the picture. G-NC17
MASH
I love Sydney and Mulcahy. I've actually slashed them in the past but I'll gladly take them just talking as friends, maybe helping the same injured soldier in their own ways.
I also like Charles. (He didn't make the nomination list but if you're willing.) I love the moments when he's forced to, or chooses to, shake off the Boston snobbery and really communicate with people he might often consider lower than himself or from vastly different backgrounds.
Ghostbusters
This one will take a bit of explaining. I loved Ghostbusters as a kid. The movie and the cartoon. I had the toy firehouse. It was probably my first fandom and Egon was my first tv crush. Except, even as a kid, even before I knew there was a word for it, I considered Egon asexual. The idea of him with anyone (even me) just seemed wrong. He was devoted to his science and that was all he needed. If there is any way you could write an asexual Egon, perhaps dealing with the overly sexual Peter, I would love you forever and ever.
Only Lovers Left Alive
I would just love to see how Adam and Eve first met. Were they already vampires or was it just one of them. And how in the world did they meet Marlow?
