Greetings all! I haven't written again in ages, but I am back. Right now I am working on donating a play house I built about 2 years ago to my son's day care called the Little Ranch in Tucson. About 2 years ago I got interested in the Tiny House movement and wanted to build a gypsy vardo to take to SCA events and other camping events that looked awesome and different than a tradition RV or tear drop trailer. My husband being the wise man he is (or wise ass depending on the situation) told me to build a small, child size version first and thus my Tiny Vardo or the Little Vardo was born. I took it to an SCA event where it was all mud so I did not show it off at the artisan alley like I planned. Then it sat in my back yard covered up for 2 years until I found it a new home. Needless to say I did many touch ups to present it to the new owners and hope to deliver it next week. The reason I am posting this is I want to go through what it took to build the vardo and talk about my next project which is to build another vardo this time adult sized about 14x8. I hope to add photos too.
