I have been in Florida for the past 2 weeks. I had a great time, but I am just so relieved to be home, you have no idea.
The first week was spent with my Auntie Jen-Jen. While at her house, we played video games, watched movies (Monster sucks ass, but Yellow Submarine is the coolest movie ever made!), and drank Celsius, which is good, but probably not at all healthy... On night one I met a few of Jenna's friends and we went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which kicked ass for the second time, hehe. I got along with Jenna's friends, so that made me happy, I was a bit nervous about that, I guess.
On Monday, Jenna and I went swimming again, and just hung out... yea. Tuesday, we went to Adventure Island, where I got a very nice, bright red tan, hehe. Yeah, that hurt a bit. The water park was cool, though, I got to "cliff-dive".
Wednesday, we didn't do anything but hang around the house and chill. That's alright, though, Jenna and I got to sit down and talk for a while, she made fruit smoothies!! Then Ashley came over, and we started a Paper Mario all-nighter, but crashed at the beginning of chapter 5.
On Thursday, We went to Busch Gardens, where I barely survived... if you must know, I passed out in line for a roller coaster, then vomited up my lunch upon leaving the park. It was terribly hot that day, I felt salt forming from my sweat, and it all gathered on my forehead. When it dripped down, it got into my eye and burned. -_- We ended up getting on 3 roller coasters and a chairlift. Yes, lots of people... everywhere...
I think I forgot a big part of the first half of the trip, and mixed up a few of the days, because I don't remember what happened on Friday or Saturday... On Sunday, we went to a "Back to School" fair, then I was returned to my family to start our Disney Vacation.
The night I got there, we ate at the Rain Forest Cafe, where I bought velvet PJ pants, and ate fish. Then we walked around Downtown Disney for a while where I found Jenna! Heh, it was kind of funny to meet up like that before she went home.
Day 1 in Disney we went to the Magic Kingdom, and got on all but one ride, the Peter Pan Ride. Space Mountain wasn't as crazy as I remember it to be, but it's been ten years, and my taste in roller coasters has changed greatly, heh. We went on Stitch's Great Escape, which is by far the worst excuse for a Disney attraction ever. It's not even a ride, and barely even a show. These really heavy shoulder things go over you which hurt like a bitch, then Stitch escapes from this jail thing, burps, and this stinky stuff is shot out of the supports... that's it... -_-
Day 2, we were in MGM, and went on the Rockin' Roller Coaster, my favorite ride there! It plays Aerosmith music, and tosses you upside down a few times. Other than that, MGM is mostly shows, which we went to all of them but a few. Fantasmic is awesome!!
Day three, Jac and I went to Blizzard Beach, and we finished the whole park before noon, yayness! It was really cool, but I don't think the big slide (Summit Plummet) is this "absolutely MUST GO ON!!" slide... all it does is drop you for a wedgie... I liked the racing rides, though it was hard for me to get out of the starting line... From the top of one of the slides, we saw the NASA rocket launch, from where we were, it was just a little orange thing in the sky, heh. After the water park, we went to Animal Kingdom. From someone who doesn't like zoos, it sucked. We ate dinner at the Mystery Science Theater in MGM. I had ribs, and watched some funny 50's movies.
In Epcot, we got on everything, and saw the World Showcase. Illuminations was awesome (another light show), and Soarin' was amazing. The heat was miserable, but I'm still alive, so that's a good thing (or is it?!) We ate dinner at an Italian restaurant, and I was served a half of a chicken... yowza! In Morocco, I found a fez, which I had intended to buy to wear whenever I was in the Stratus, but I think my burret will do just fine while I drive, hehe.
Thursday, We returned to MGM to play Who Wants to be a Millionaire, out of all the people playing the game, I was number 8, and Jackie was number one. We rock!! Then, we watched a stunt show, but the heat was so horrible, I was only half alive then. It really made me want to drive, though, hahaha. We returned to the hotel for an afternoon siesta. For dinner, wen went to the Magic Kingdom again to eat at Tony's (no, not my restaurant, Tony's from Lady and the Tramp!). It was the best dinner of the whole week, and I ate chocolate torte for dessert, yum yum! After dinner, we saw the light parade, then fireworks. This morning, we went home, and I got to see my beautiful little boys, and listen to music. It's been two very long weeks...
While at Disney, I bought stuffed Siamese cats from Lady and the Tramp, and took pictures of their statues. There were Brazilians everywhere, which was fine until the second part of the trip, where we encountered some very loud rude ones. If you come to a foreign country, you're going to make a damn fool of yourself if you start mocking the natives. Ass-wads. They were everywhere, even in the airport on our way home. They pissed me off so much...
Well, in any case, I think you should all be proud of me that I survived two weeks without the computer, my music, and my cats. It was really hard, but I did it, and I am with my beautiful Jake right now listening to Pink Floyd, hehehe.
