FOR RENT
Hey guys-
So my family inherited a house in Hingham a while back and we finally feel its time to move in come the summer. However, since i'm not so kean to move out my parents decided to keep the house in Hull and instead rent it out to 3-4 people and I would stay as well.
the details aren't concrete yet but move in would be most likely August and rent around 600 a month all untilities included,cable/internet included. on sight washer and dryer free to use, parking, full kitchen, small pets allowed, water views, walking distance to the beach. the one draw back is it isn't readily near public transportation so having a car is the best bet.
we're about 30-45 min from Boston (UMB), 30-45 min from Bridgewater, 20-30 min to the red line, Quincy college, eastern nazarene, and massasoit.
this offer is open to anyone. guy or girl. I would really really prefer to live with people i know but if they're refered to me thru another friend, i trust all of you enough to meet with them and give them a shot. basically i'm looking for people that'll mesh well together in one living space. no crazies or heavy drug users please.
