daily routine + goals + new habits

1)Ride my bike at least 6 miles a day. To Moulton and back is the perfect distance for this. On hot days I will also stop to swim for an hour or so. As I get into better shape I will bike further and maybe try to tackle some hills if I can stand it and the heat allows.

2)Drink a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in warm water every day for a month to lower my blood pressure even more.

3)Eat/drink very limited if any refined sugars and sodium. Drink only water/green tea/almond milk/100% fruit juices daily.

4)Eat more fresh raw veggies such as carrots and leafy green salads.

5)Use olive oil in place of butter for frying up my eggs.

6)Take my multivitamin every day!

7)Drink at least 8 cups of water/fluids daily.

8) "Ladies and Gentlemen of the class of ’97...wear sunscreen" - Baz Luhrman: Remember to apply sunscreen daily when outside riding/swimming, even if I don't burn easily. Skin cancer is bad. Early wrinkling skin is bad.
